Stage 2 Drought
Upon notification by the Barton Springs/ Edwards Aquifer Conservation District that the District has declared the aquifer to be in an CRITICAL Stage Drought, the City of Buda will activate the Stage 2 measures of Article 24.06 of the Code of Ordinances.
The following measures are in effect for any period when stage 2 of the drought response plan has been implemented:
