Public Information Requests
Submitting a Public Information Request

Requests for public information must be made it writing and be as specific as possible in order to assist us in fulfilling the request. Requests must also be for records that already exist. We reserve the right of ten (10) business days; however, we will strive to accommodate your request as quickly as possible.

Requests can be submitted via email, mail, or in person at the Buda Police Department, 100 Houston Street, Suite B.
