Stanley R. Fees has been the City Engineer for the City of Buda since April 2006. Prior to Buda, Stanley was the City Engineer for the City of Kingsville from 1996 to 2006.
As the City Engineer, Stanley Fees is responsible for the Building Inspection, Code Enforcement, Construction Inspection, Engineering, Planning and Development Services of the City of Buda.
Stanley is a Professional Engineer and coordinates policy and procedures associated with the design and construction of public infrastructure and private buildings as assigned to or reviewed by his department.
Stanley is a Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM) and serves as the City’s Floodplain Administrator coordinating policy and procedures associated with floodplain management including the City’s participation in the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP).
The Engineering and Planning Department strives to provide the public a high quality of life by ensuring proper and safe development by the private sector and proper, safe, cost-effective and efficient rehabilitation, expansion and maintenance of city infrastructure.
